Introduzione

Modello for an altarpiece by De Crayer from the Augustinian priory of Groenendaal-lez-Bruxelles, now in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Valenciennes, dated by Vlieghe within the period c.1638-c.1648 (H. Vlieghe, 'Gaspar de Crayer, sa vie et ses oeuvres', Brussels, 1972, A120).
